Nadia knows that a home is more than four walls and a transaction is more than paperwork.

Her real estate journey started in the trades, where she learned firsthand what quality craftsmanship looks like, and, perhaps more importantly, how to spot the details that can make a big difference in a home.

From there, Nadia ventured into real estate investing, developing an eye for the bigger picture and learning to look beyond what’s immediately obvious. She also spent time working in real estate law, gaining an inside understanding of the details, documents and moving parts that can make a transaction feel complicated.

Today, she brings all three perspectives to the table.

For her clients, that means having someone who can look at a home not just as a pretty place on the MLS, but as a property, an investment and a major life decision.
