Should I buy or sell first?

We suggest selling prior to buying. We can provide you with some further information as to why we think this is important.

Do you offer commission discounts?

We do not offer commission discounts from a negotiation standpoint, but we do offer different tiers of services. We will happily walk through the different service offerings with you, as we do offer a flat-rate option.

What do we need to do to prepare the house to sell?

We will give you a list of the basic general things that you can do to help prepare your house for listing. We can also go through the house and work with you to make a detailed list of things that should be removed for listing.

How quickly can we get listed on MLS?

Provided you have all the documents needed, we can typically be listed within as soon as 3 days, but will recommend timing based on the best marketing strategy for high exposure for your property.

In the event I can’t get ahold of you, who can I contact?

Should you have an urgent matter that needs tending to immediately and you cannot get a hold of your specific agent – please feel free to call the other one of us. We work very closely together, and would be happy to step in and help as best as we can.

Do you work with any 3rd party service providers?

Yes – we have many third party companies that we work with and can recommend to you – you tell us which services you need and we will help provide recommended contacts to you.

How should I price my property?
